We are a pet friendly community that welcomes residents to have a maximum of 2 pets - not larger than 40 lbs each at full maturity. Our community offers ample area to walk pets and for your convenience we have pet stations throughout our community for you to dispose of your pet's waste. All community pets must be authorized by the office prior to their arrival in the community. Please refer to the Community Handbook for other rules/ regulations concerning the Pet Policy.

We require the following for resident dogs:

Proof of Spay or Neuter

Up to Date Vaccination Record

Current County Dog License

Pet Paperwork Containing:

Age, Weight, Breed Name, and Color

Proof of Spay or Neuter Vet Paperwork Containing Age, Weight, Breed, Name, and Color

Restricted Breeds of Dogs

Dogs most often make wonderful pets, however in certain circumstances, any type of dog can be dangerous. Even friendly dogs may harm in the wrong situation. Some breeds are known to be more dangerous than others. Various types of breeds can be considerably stronger and larger than a person ofaverage size. This is why most apartment communities with many families living close together use a list of restricted breeds to approve new tenants and their animals.
